where the travel industry is headed
Travel costs often constitute the second-largest controllable expense within a business, but managing those costs can be a challenge. The National Business Travel Association (NBTA ), based in Alexandria, Va., has helped its members collectively manage and direct more than $200 billion in business travel expenditures since its launch in 1968. We caught up with Craig A.
